  • He has been featured in various media outlets, attracting customers from both within Japan and internationally.
  • The ingredients used in his restaurant are carefully selected for seasonality, sourced directly from local markets in Fukuoka, and prepared with simple yet meticulous techniques (shikomi - preparation).
